Hi there – nice article. Do you think these apply to all industries and throughout all types of communications? Or per region? Even though best practice recommends all these things, but I have definitely found that in certain types of emails, you have to have more text in. Also, in some industries a disclaimer at the bottom will be 300 words.. :) By the way, you left “save save” at the end of the blog :)
